Do you consider yourself under employed, unemployed, unemployable? Many of our program participants are basic skill deficient, their first language is not English, don’t have a high school diploma or the equivalent, yet have work experience and need jobs. These are the individuals we help every day. We are the resource they use in their job search.
Workforce Center
- The workforce center offers employment services, including training and placement, to local residents that are 16 years and older. In addition, they also serve ex offenders. Services include employment listings, fax services, networking assistance, job search assistance, resume writing, mock interviews, career workshops and computer internet access. Supportive services, such as food, interview clothes and transportation passes are provided for participants. Special mentoring programs are available to families with barriers.
Senior One
- provides homecare services for seniors and others with special needs. Senior One LLC is a for-profit, social enterprise or business created to provide quality homecare services.
